Although our product line and the company itself have grown considerably, the products are still designed and manufactured in our factory in Sydney, Australia, using the same tried and proven formula of innovative design, strict quality control, and rigorous testing. We have invested in our research facility manufacturing equipment and staff training to ensure our products continue to perform up to and beyond your expectations. At Turbosmart, we do not believe in cutting corners and half-measures. We do not accept anything short of perfection - and neither should you.
Turbosmart is synonymous with compact, light wastegates to regulate the maximum boost pressure in turbocharger systems. Now, the company introduces Comp-Gate 40HP, the highest pressure external wastegates of their kind in the world! These valve units retain Turbosmart's trademark attributes and are ideal for all high-PSI turbo diesel and drag racing applications. Only 28mm taller than the standard Comp-Gate 40, these wastegates are available in base pressures from 10 to 40 psi, with flanges to suit 1 3/4 in. outside diameter tubing. Features include a one-piece base and the proven silicon Nomex diaphragm; choose from blue or black top caps.
