This invaluable adventure upgrade can easily be installed under the hood of your Ford Bronco with the ARB Compressor Engine Bay Mount that has been validated by Ford Engineers. The mount is 100% bolt-on and uses factory mounting points with support for both 2.3L and 2.7L engines.
Compact, vehicle-mounted ARB on-board high performance twin air compressors are designed to do everything! Activate your ARB Air Locker differentials, air up a 35 in. tire in less than a minute. and run air tools. These 100 percent duty cycle (under room temperature conditions) compressors are built to support all of your compressed air needs including the high-volume airflow needs of most air-powered tools. Features of ARB on-board high performance twin air compressors include: * Constructed primarily of lightweight, high-strength, engineering-grade materials, including military and aerospace-grade components * Pressure switch-controlled air manifold system regulates pressure * Highest air flow rate and high-efficiency design minimizes power consumption * Sealed components for moisture and dust resistance * Hard-anodized cylinder bores and PTFE-impregnated carbon fiber piston seals for reduced friction and maximum life * Ducted, sealed, brushless DC cooling fan and anodized motor mount brackets effectively dissipate heat from the motors, heads, and electronics * Anti-vibration, sound-deadening mount * Relocatable, splash-resistant air filter assemblies for cleaner, cooler air supply and versatile water-resistant air intake positioning * High-density and high-flow washable sintered bronze air filter elements * Full wiring loom included for simplified installation and easy plug-in connectivity to Air Locker control solenoids (requires Air Locker manifold kit ARB-171503, sold separately, to mount solenoids) * Dual, heavy-duty Maxi-Fuses for in-line circuit protection and true circuit redundancy in case of a fault * Ball bearing-equipped motor (no bushings) with unique, linear brush, pre-load system for long life, low heat, and quiet operation * Motors are internally thermal-protected against extreme temperature damage * Compressor pistons equipped with a heavy-duty, European-made cylindrical roller bearing * Over-pressure safety valve-equipped * Sealed, illuminated, automotive-grade dash switch included * Fully serviceable, replacement parts available * EMF-suppressed for use in proximity to sensitive electronic equipment * CE and C-Tick compliant * Engineered, built, and individually dyno-tested in Australia
