Wilwood’s Pad Shim Kits feature a steel and elastomeric construction that dampens vibration transmitted between the rotor and pad. This is an industry standard to reduce NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) response in vehicle platforms. Shim kits include 4 shims, enough for two calipers.
These Wilwood brake pad shims will allow you to achieve accurate spacing between your caliper and the brake pad. They are made of steel and feature a special silenced coating to eliminate any noise problems.
